Terms

These terms govern use of DFND.com and its inquiry form. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when contacting us.

Domain inquiries

DFND.com is offered for sale. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve the domain, create a purchase contract or obligate either party to proceed. Price, transfer arrangements and other transaction terms require a separate written agreement. A purchase may be arranged through GoDaddy or Escrow.com, subject to the chosen provider’s terms and procedures.

What is included

The asset under discussion is the DFND.com domain name. Starter brand artwork, content or other materials shown on this website transfer only if expressly included in a written agreement. Displaying a concept does not establish an operating business, customer base, certification or right to use a trademark.

Illustrative content

Ideas describe possible uses of the domain. Articles provide general information and are not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Buyers are responsible for assessing name suitability, trademark availability and requirements relevant to their intended use. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes or security results.

Permitted use

Do not misuse the inquiry service, submit unlawful material, interfere with website operations or attempt unauthorized access. Website materials may be viewed for evaluating the domain; other reuse requires permission or an applicable legal right.

Availability and responsibility

We provide the website as available and may correct, update or remove material. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact and changes

Use the inquiry form for questions about the domain or these terms. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Any completed domain transaction is governed by its separate agreement.
